The Role

• Lead and grow the Family department in Essex
• Act as the go-to senior family lawyer in the office
• Handle high-quality private family work, including complex finances and children matters
• Build and develop your own practice with strong referral and marketing support
• Drive local profile, relationships and reputation
• Recruit, mentor and develop the next generation of family lawyers
• Play a key role in the firm's wider family strategy

About You

• Senior Family Solicitor with 6+ years' PQE
• Strong experience in private family law and contested matters
• Commercial, confident and comfortable leading from the front
• Proven interest in business development and profile building
• Natural leader with partnership firmly in mind
