Senior Family Solicitor

Location: Hucknall – Nottingham

Salary: Dependent on experience

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Senior Family Solicitor to join a respected and client-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with substantial experience in family law to manage complex cases, provide expert legal advice and contribute to the growth of the practice.

The Role:

You will provide high-quality legal advice across a range of family law matters, managing your own caseload independently while supporting the development and success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on divorce, financial settlements and private children matters
• Manage a busy and complex caseload from instruction to resolution with minimal supervision
• Engage in business development and client relationship activities
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, AML requirements and professional regulations

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years PQE in family law
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills
• Confident managing complex cases independently
• Exceptional communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities
• Commercially aware and proactive in business development
