Family Law Solicitor Location: Birmingham
Certain Advantage are seeking a Family Solicitor with experience in privately funded and legal aid matters to join a dynamic and client-focused Family Law client in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse caseload involving divorce, finances, Children Act matters, and advocacy, while contributing to the firms ongoing growth and client service excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Handle a mixed caseload including: Privately funded family law matters: divorce, financial remedy, and Children Act proceedings Legal Aid family work where applicable Advocacy in family courts as required
Manage and develop a caseload of corporate and private clients Maintain strong day-to-day client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and service Keep up to date with relevant family law legislation and practice Liaise effectively with other team members and departments Complete legal documents, forms, and correspondence in a timely and accurate manner Actively participate in business development including seminars, workshops, and pitches Meet agreed targets and service level agreements (SLAs) Deliver a service that is efficient, responsive, and client-focused
