The Role Reporting to a senior lawyer, you will act as a trusted advisor to individuals and families across a broad range of family matters. With 4–6 PQE, you will deliver clear, compassionate and practical advice while maintaining the highest professional and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
Managing your own caseload across divorce, separation, cohabitation, financial settlements, children matters and related issues Meeting clients, providing clear guidance and maintaining excellent client care Drafting court documents, agreements and associated family law documentation Representing clients at hearings, directions appointments and mediations Assisting senior lawyers on complex or high-value cases Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal policies Supporting marketing, networking and wider business-development activity
Skills & Experience
4–6 years PQE in Family law (or equivalent experience) with practising rights Strong experience across divorce, financial remedy and children matters Excellent drafting, advocacy and communication skills Ability to manage a busy caseload and work independently Compassionate, calm and professional approach to sensitive matters Strong team ethos and a proactive, commercial mindset
