This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor who is passionate about helping clients navigate sensitive and complex family law matters with professionalism, empathy, and care.
*Advise clients on a full range of *family law matters*, including divorce, separation, financial settlements, and private law children matters.
* Prepare and review legal documents such as petitions, agreements, and consent orders.
* Keep up to date with developments in family law and maintain CPD compliance.
*Qualified Solicitor with *4-5+ years PQE* in family law.
* Strong experience in *financial remedy* and *private law children* matters.
* Excellent *advocacy, drafting, and negotiation* skills.
