Overview Family Solicitor: Legal Aid, NQ : 3 years' PQE, London, Up to GBP 45, Join a well established and respected Family team with a steady flow of publicly funded work. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and have real opportunities to progress, all within a friendly team where you can build your experience in Legal Aid family law.
The appointed solicitor will manage a varied caseload of Legal Aid matters This includes, care proceedings, Children Act matters, domestic violence and injunction work, emergency protection matters and applications under the Family Law Act You will work under supervision to manage cases from initial instruction through to final resolution, liaising with CAFCASS, social services, and expert witnesses throughout Advocacy experience would be advantageous but is not essential
