Prepare, draft, and format court bundles, chronologies, and disclosure lists for litigation, mediations, private FDRs, and arbitrations. Conduct legal research as required. Manage day to day file administration including correspondence with clients, counsel, experts, and third parties. Support the preparation and organisation of evidence for complex hearings, settlement meetings, and mediations.
