The role focuses on delivering holistic, person-centred support, helping individuals overcome barriers such as poverty, housing insecurity, and access to employment or education. You will work both within a community hub environment and out in the community, building strong relationships with families and external services to create positive outcomes. This role combines direct support, outreach work, and multi-agency collaboration, making it ideal for someone passionate about empowering families and strengthening communities.
