Pentagon Recruitment Ltd are working closely with a well-established Law firm who have offices across Merseyside. They are looking for a highly experienced Family Lawyer - Fee Earner.

This firm is looking for a diligent, confident, driven and experienced family solicitor. You will work closely with the head of department and company partners.

Role Description

This role involves managing a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases. Key responsibilities include advising clients, preparing legal documents, conducting litigation, and attending court as necessary. The role requires the ability to manage deadlines, communicate effectively with clients, and maintain compliance with legal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Attending court hearings where appropriate to assist Counsel.
• Maintaining accurate case records and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Contributing to business development and client relationship management.
• Managing a varied family law caseload independently.
• Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients.
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Option to do your own advocacy.
• Ensuring legal aid compliance.

Required

• Minimum [2+] years’ experience in family law (essential).
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of family law procedures and legislation.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary is competitive. £35,00 to £45,000 (DOE)
