Location: Swansea
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time or Part-time (with flexibility)
Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 (depending on experience)
Chadwick Nott are delighted to be working with a highly respected law firm seeking a dedicated and motivated Family Law Solicitor to join its well-established Family Law Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a progressive and ambitious solicitor to further develop their career within a respected and forward‑thinking practice.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including:
Separation and divorce proceedings
Financial remedy cases
Domestic abuse matters
Children law cases
Advocacy and representation in court
Providing high‑quality advice and exemplary client service
Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
Minimum 2 years PQE in family law
Strong technical knowledge and up‑to‑date expertise in family law
Experience in advocacy (essential)Excellent client care and communication skills
Confidence in managing matters independently
High attention to detail and accuracy
Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
