Swan Family is offering an exciting opportunity for a Family Visitation Supervisor to join our warm and supportive team in Coventry. Youll be working within our Children and Family Contact Centre and out in the community, helping to create safe and positive environments where families can connect, grow, and thrive. What Youll Be Doing Supporting children and young people by transporting and escorting them safely to and from family contact sessions Observing and supervising contact sessions between children and their families Safeguarding children by risk-managing and intervening appropriately when needed Writing clear, factual observation reports within agreed timescales Attending planning meetings and reviews to support childrens progress Taking part in
