Permanent Full-Time Factory / Production Operatives

Hereford, Salary:

£29,000 per annum (£25,600+ Shift Allowances (£290 p/m) + Overtime + Excellent Benefits, Working Monday to Friday, Days, Afternoons, Nights rotating weekly.

Permanent Production Operatives

for a leading global manufacturer of specialist high-performance metal alloys used in aerospace, power generation, space exploration, defense, and other mission-critical industries.

The Role As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, operating precision machinery and ensuring products meet exacting quality standards. Responsibilities include: Operating machinery such as lathes, grinders, saws, drills, and handheld tools Using measuring equipment (gauges, rulers, tape measures) Setting up machines and monitoring production processes Carrying out regular quality checks Following work instructions and Health & Safety guidelines Assisting with changeovers, cleaning, and basic maintenance Working as part of a supportive, high-performing team What Were Looking For Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
