We’re currently recruiting for a Factory Operative / Joinery Production role with a growing and well-established company in the Ringwood area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a specialist manufacturing environment producing high-quality fire doors.
Whether you’re just starting out or already have experience in joinery, manufacturing, or working with machinery, this role offers the chance to develop your skills and grow within a supportive team.
The Role:
You’ll be working within a busy production environment, involved in the manufacture of high-quality fire doors. This includes working with timber, operating machinery, and following detailed specifications to ensure all products meet strict safety standards. Full training will be provided.

* Experience in joinery, manufacturing, or machinery operation (or a relevant college qualification)
* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
