This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality production while driving continuous improvement across the facility.As Factory Manager, youll take full responsibility for all manufacturing operations on site. You will lead teams across production, maintenance, logistics and quality, ensuring the site operates safely, meets performance targets and supports the wider business strategy.
