My client a leader within their industry is seeking someone to lead the Factory Team.

You will manage a 35 strong team to ensure all products are processed and dispatched to

customers on time and ensuring the quality levels are maintained. Using strong people

skills, with clear and effective communication to ensure focus on daily targets

throughout the team

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining Health & Safety Standards throughout the factory Oversee all elements of factory works including: Delivery Production Packing Dispatch Liaise with Customer Services daily on commercial priorities to meet customer lead times Ensuring high quality output Improving efficiency through LEAN practices Play an active role in the site management and security Staff training

Essential Skills:

Strong management and organisation skills Clear and effective communicator Flexible can-do attitude within a small and dynamic management team. Computer literate - knowledge of SAP desirable, but not essential Forklift Licence desirable Manufacturing experience desirable
