Frozen Factory General Manager
to take charge of our frozen production site. You'll own factory performance, standards, people leadership, and day-to-day operations, ensuring the site runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-moving food manufacturing environment and love driving high standards, this is your role. What You'll Be Doing
Operational Leadership
Run the frozen site end-to-end, hitting daily production and efficiency targets. Lead and motivate the team across all shifts. Keep machinery, workflow and processes running at top performance. Standards, Compliance & Food Safety
Champion HACCP, GMP and all food safety standards. Keep the site audit-ready at all times. Protect product quality and cold-chain integrity. Performance & Improvement
Track and improve KPIs: output, waste, downtime, labour use. Spot inefficiencies and implement quick, effective fixes. Build a culture focused on quality, consistency and continuous improvement. People Leadership
Support shift supervisors and production teams with clear communication and hands-on guidance. Oversee training, development, and performance management. Help shape a positive, safe, motivated shop-floor culture. Health & Safety
Drive a safety-first mindset. Ensure safe systems of work are followed and incidents are managed proactively. What You'll Bring
Experience in food manufacturing or frozen production. Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards. Confident people leader who can motivate teams across shifts. Calm, organised and focused under pressure. Comfortable working flexibly to support shift coverage when needed. A practical, hands-on approach and a passion for operational excellence.
