What you'll be doingSupport the day-to-day facilities management operations across headquarters and multiple clinic sitesCoordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, servicing, and emergency rectification works to ensure operational continuityAssist in facilities budgeting, expenditure tracking, and cost monitoring in accordance with organisational guidelinesSupport tendering, outsourcing, and contract administration activities, including service performance and KPI monitoringLiaise with service providers and contractors to ensure service standards, timelines, and compliance requirements are metConduct regular site inspections, facilities audits, and service reviews to identify risks and improvement opportunitiesCoordinate facilities-related projects including maintenance, upgrading, and improvement worksPrepare operational reports, documentation, and records related to facilities performance and complianceSupport process reviews and initiatives to improve facilities efficiency and service deliveryEnsure facilities and security operations comply with relevant safety, healthcare, and accreditation standards (e.g. ESS, JCI, OHSAS or equivalent)Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support daily facilities operationsWhat we're looking forBachelor Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related studies2 - 4 years of facilities or building operations experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated environmentsExperience supporting in-house facilities or operations teams is preferredProactive, self-motivated, and willing to learnComfortable working across multiple sitesGood coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAble to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a teamInterested applicants, kindly furnish us with your full and detailed resume in MS Words format and click "Apply Now" button.We regret to inform only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
