We are now looking for a hands-on, highly organised House / Facilities & Property Manager to take ownership of our growing portfolio of supported living properties.
The Role (Read This Carefully – This Is Not a Desk Job)
You will be responsible for everything related to the houses—from setting them up, maintaining them, fixing issues, ensuring compliance, and supporting residents with housing-related matters.
If something goes wrong in any property → you are the first point of call.
This is a fast-paced, operational role requiring someone who can manage multiple priorities and take full ownership.
What You’ll Be Doing
Setting Up & Managing Supported Living Homes
Fully set up new properties ready for residents (furniture, utilities, safety, access)
Purchase and organise all household items (beds, white goods, furnishings)
Ensure each property is ready for immediate occupancy
Maintenance & Repairs
Act as the first point of contact for all property issues
Coordinate and manage:
