Regional Operations Manager – Healthcare FM (Hard Services)

Up to £50,000 + Package | FM Service Provider

This is your chance to step into a pivotal regional role with a respected FM Service Provider supporting a portfolio of healthcare facilities across NW London.
The Role
As Regional Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of several healthcare estates, ensuring all hard FM services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest clinical environment standards.
You will:
Lead day-to-day operations across multiple sites
Ensure full compliance with statutory, HTM, and safety requirements
Manage planned & reactive maintenance delivery
Build strong client relationships and act as the key point of contact
Oversee subcontractor performance and budgets
Drive service improvements, engineering standards, and operational efficiency
What You’ll Bring
Strong hard services FM background (ideally healthcare, but not essential)
Experience managing multi-site operations
Confident communicator and client-facing leader
Solid understanding of compliance, building services, and contractor management
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
