Our client is a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced Falities officer / caretaker to join their team This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant You will 'hands on’ role for the day to day operational side of the building/s so will include unblocking toilets, site maintenance and portering duties Candidate must have access to their own vehicle To assist in the effective and efficient delivery of Facilities Management (FM) services to buildings (specifically to the main corporate building, Borough Hall) to comply with statutory regulations, ensuring that they remain secure, safe, operational and fit for purpose to maintain the essential delivery of council wide services.
