This will include H&S, compliance, statutory, contractual and company regulations and process. In this role, you will oversee hard and soft services, building/estate maintenance and service charges where you will effectively lead a team of 8 to ensure our client receives a seamless and professional service.In addition, you will ensure exemplary standards of customer service delivery. You will lead by example and ensure that team building, staff morale and fostering great relationships are at the forefront of everything you do.As an Apleona Facilities Manager, were looking for:Strong written and verbal communication skillsSound FM experience, ideally gained in a client lead environmentFull UK driving licenceSound understanding of hard services Electrical qualification (desirable)Excellent people management skillsA sound understanding of safety, health and environmentHighly organised and able to deliver in a high pressure environmentSelf-motivated and driven to achieve outstanding resultsIntermediate working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointFlexibility and willingness to cover all sites in the regionPlease note you will be required to undertake non-frontline security vetting for this roleIn return, well provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job and be part of our awesome team.
