The UK is one of our fastest-growing markets its a great time to join our UK team! About the role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to lead and oversee the strategic and operational development of facilities around the UK.

Working with regional sales branches, managing openings, closings, renewals and day to day running of our sales branches across the UK.

Besides this you will also be leading the day to day running of the London HQ As facilities manager you will report directly to our Commercial Performance Team, who focus on our sales strategy.

You will play a vital role in upgrading our sales offices to be 100% representable of the company that we are.

You will work daily with the teams and will have a high degree of freedom to shape the facilities agenda within the set reference, where you will own the process from the beginning to the end.

We do expect a strong hands-on mentality, determining what needs to be done and coordinating this from nearby.

Duties: Based in London, leading facilities for the London office of around 40-50 staff Project Manager / Owner for 25 branches in the UK, soon to be 30 (our branches can be small spaces) Managing leases, leading on new office opening, closes and renewals.

Working with stakeholders across Legal, IT, Landlords, procurement ETC as the lead and main point of contact Visiting branches across the UK weekly to understand needs, changes and processes Ensure quality and standardization of our facilities portfolio.

Suppliersrelations and evaluation.

Contract management Real Estate management.

About You: Minimum 5 years experience in facilities management environment.

Be hands on, show initiative and problem-solving traits Excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with stakeholders from all areas of the business.

Confident challenging external contractors and landlords on costs and queries Experience in managing assets Good with data and numbers and enjoys this way of working.

An open mindset and vision to design and execute procedures effectively.
