The Role
We are currently recruiting for a facilities manager in our London based property management team. You will be working over a diverse portfolio throughout London. We work on behalf of Prop Co’s, HNWI, Funds & Private Investors.
- Carrying out regular monthly inspections of each property.
- Ensure reactive and routine repairs and requests are adequately processed on the CAFM system instructing the appropriate approved contractor.
- Responsible for a portfolio of properties to ensure compliance with all H&S requirements and management agreements
- Contractor administration – contracts, Purchase Orders, H&S documentation in line with company policy and procedure, using of Permits to work for high risk works.
- Ensure occupiers are kept up to date with reactive and planned maintenance works as required.
- Attend client meetings, preparing meeting reports, providing meaningful commentary during meetings.
- Attend regular supplier meetings deal with all issues as required.
