*Job description*

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Facilities Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FM, excellent communication skills, and a desire to mentor and educate the next generation of FM professionals. As a Facilities Management Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective theoretical training sessions, both remotely and in person, to our students.

*Key Responsibilities:* * Support in the development of the program and the building of the team ethos and structure. * Provide detailed and engaging learning and development sessions either via teams or in person with groups of no more than 10 people. * Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations. * Offer constructive feedback and support to help students improve their skills and knowledge. * Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. * Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance. * Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience. * Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students. * Provide a welcoming environment for students and learners to express themselves and share their knowledge and experiences openly.

*Qualifications:* * Previous teaching or tutoring experience desired but not essential. * Strong knowledge of management theories, EDI and Corporate Social Responsibility. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed. * Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment. * Proficiency in using technology and Microsoft office programs. * Teaching certification or relevant qualifications (preferred but not required).
