The Role As a Facilities Maintenance Technician , youll carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and inspections on systems such as emergency lighting, fire alarms, smoke detectors, evacuation alarms, ventilation units, and water systems. Youll use a tablet-based CAFM system to log and update tasks, complete minor remedial works where possible, and escalate any issues that need further action.
