Facilities Coordinator (6 Month FTC)

Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000- £35,000 DOE
Red Rock Consultants are working with a fantastic business, based in Battersea, who are looking to expand their team.
This is a temporary role for a period of 6 months, commencing as soon as possible, with the potential to become permanent.
Please note: the successful candidate will be required to undertake a DBS check.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage service contracts, compliance records, and statutory documentation, reporting actions to the Estates Director.
Improve the school key system to streamline access control.
Support the Estates Helpdesk by issuing tickets, tracking jobs, and chasing outstanding work.
Prepare documentation for Estates, Health & Safety, and committee meetings.
Assist with tenders, contractor quotes, and negotiations.
