Development Details: This role will be based at a deluxe riverside development in the heart of the Nine Elms regeneration site. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: As a Facilities Compliance Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will: You have proven experience working in fast-paced, high-demand environments, with a strong background in Health & Safety and statutory compliance. Your expertise include client reporting, managing hard services and overseeing M&E operations. You will oversee the daily management of the facilities services, across hard and soft services, managing a multitude of contractors and service party providers and H&S administration. In this role you will be line managing a team of 10 (cleaning and estate operative team), responsible for performance management, appraisals, recruitment and any other staffing related matters. You will have demonstratable experience in managing a range of onsite major projects, with various projects. Works this includes project planning and delivery reviewing scope of works, Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), tendering, supervising contractors, permits to work etc. You bring a high level of contractor management experience, having worked with a broad range of service providers and specialists to ensure quality, value, and timely delivery. You have experience setting / managing PPMs and actioning any remedials as required. Manage and coordinate the reactive maintenance desk. Dealing with all maintenance issues concerning the communal areas and commercial units. Updating and maintaining Health and Safety files and COSHH folders.
