As the Unipart Facilities Client Contract Manager, you will lead the strategic development and operational oversight of all facilities operations and MHE, ensuring optimal performance of service delivery, infrastructure equipment, and automation systems across warehouses, distribution centres, offices, and transport hubs.

As part of your key responsibilities youll:

Drive innovation in facility design, operational support, commercial effectiveness, energy efficiency and automated material handling to support high-volume, time-sensitive operations Manage all MHE contracts through proactive asset evaluation ensuring full compliance with contract and statutory KPIs and SLAs etc Be responsible for the strategic development, oversight, and management of all facilities-related contracts, ensuring they deliver optimal commercial value, quality, and performance Manage key service partner contracts against a global portfolio of properties with various service providers, including planned and reactive maintenanc...
