About the Role\nOur Facilities Services team is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our Leeds office.\nWorking closely with the Facilities Manager and wider team, you’ll help maintain an efficient, well-organised and supportive office environment.\nThis is a busy, hands-on role providing vital support to lawyers, support staff and operational functions across the office.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPost Room & Document Support\n\nProcess all incoming and outgoing mail (internal and external).\nHandle post room requests from lawyers and support staff.\nLiaise with external postal and logistics providers.\nPrint emails and large legal documents using specialist office equipment (training provided).\nAdministrative Support\n\nSupport fee-earners across multiple offices with tasks such as:\nArchiving\nPhotocopying & scanning\nBundle preparation & binding\nSubmitting searches\nPost-completion tasks\nFacilities & Office Support\n\nAssist with stationery orders, stock checks and reordering.\nLog and follow up on maintenance requests.\nSupport general office running: errands, health & safety tasks, and ad-hoc duties.\nEnsure the office environment is tidy, safe and well organised.\n\nEssential Skills & Experience\n\nPrevious office-based experience.\nStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.\nAbility to manage multiple workloads simultaneously.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.\nStrong communication skills with a positive, customer-focused approach.\nPersonal Qualities\n\nProactive, motivated and able to work on your own initiative.\nFlexible, helpful attitude with a willingness to support the wider team.\nEnjoys interacting with colleagues across all levels — this is a social, people-focused role.\nA reliable team player who takes pride in maintaining high service standards
