Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team managing estates, facilities, mail/logistics, driving services, and enabling operations across the county. Ensure all sites meet all health & safety and statutory compliance standards, offering expert advice to senior leaders. Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of buildings and assetsensuring they are efficient, compliant, and always ready to respond. Manage key contracts, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction across service areas.
