Job Opportunity: Facades Manager – Tier 1 Contractor
Location: Edinburgh, Scotland
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Car Allowance, Pension & Private Healthcare

We are currently working on behalf of a leading Tier 1 Contractor in Scotland who is seeking an experienced Facades Manager to lead the facades package on a major development in Edinburgh. This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven individual with a solid background in façade management and large-scale project delivery.

As Facades Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the facades package. You will lead a key element of the project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will also act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, subcontractors, and the wider project team.

  Package Leadership: Take full ownership of the facades scope, from planning through execution and handover.

  Project Coordination: Ensure effective scheduling, resource allocation, and integration of façade works with other project trades.

• \n

  Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Communicate effectively to align expectations and resolve issues.

  Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce high standards of workmanship and strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

• \n

  Cost Control: Manage budgets related to the facades package, ensuring cost-efficiency and value for money.

  Team Leadership: Lead and support subcontractors and internal teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

  Proven experience managing façade packages on large construction projects.

• \n

  Deep knowledge of façade systems, materials, and installation techniques.

• \n

  Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to excellent standards.

• \n

  Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• \n

  Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• \n

  Prior experience working with Tier 1 contractors is essential.
