Facade Site Manager – Edinburgh\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Facade Site Manager to join a large-scale construction project based in Edinburgh. This is a long-term opportunity, offering a 2-year project duration with an immediate start available.\nThe project involves the delivery of a complex building envelope package, and the successful candidate will play a key role in managing, coordinating, and delivering all façade-related works to programme and quality standards.\nProject Scope Includes:\n * \n Traditional and modern brickwork systems\n * \n Metal cladding and rainscreen systems\n * \n Windows, curtain walling, and glazing\n * \n External framing and support structures\n * \n Coordination of façade interfaces with other trades\nKey Responsibilities:\n * \n Full day-to-day management of façade activities on site\n * \n Management and coordination of façade subcontractors and labour\n * \n Working closely with the main contractor, project management team, and design consultants\n * \n Monitoring progress against programme and driving works to meet key milestones\n * \n Ensuring all façade works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements\n * \n Managing inspections, quality checks, snagging, and handover of façade elements\n * \n Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety standards and site procedures\n * \n Maintaining accurate site records, reports, and documentation\nCandidate Requirements:\n * \n Demonstrable experience in a Facade Site Manager or similar role\n * \n Background within a facade subcontractor environment is highly desirable, although candidates from a main contractor background will also be considered\n * \n Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, sequencing, and buildability\n * \n Ability to manage multiple work fronts and subcontractors simultaneously\n * \n SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)\n * \n Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills\nWhat’s on Offer:\n * \n 2-year project based in Edinburgh\n * \n Competitive rate or salary, dependent on experience\n * \n Long-term, stable workload on a high-profile scheme\n * \n Immediate start for the right candidate\nIf you are a motivated and experienced Facade Site Manager looking for a long-term role on a major Edinburgh project, please apply with your CV or get in touch for further information
