Job Title: Facade ConsultantLocation: LondonEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: Negotiable depending on experience About the Role Henriksen Studio is looking for a skilled Facade Consultant to lead facade development under construction and facade remedial issues, technical assessments, and management of facade projects through RIBA Stage 5. This role involves undertaking site and factory visits, stakeholder management, and technical reporting. Support in conveying manufacturing capabilities and restrictions to the rest of the design teamYour ProfileDegree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldMinimum 5 years in facade engineering or manufacturing, with experience in project coordination and technical reportingStrong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and construction methodsExcellent technical writing, leadership, and communication skillsWillingness to travel to project sites as neededValid CSCS card (or ability to obtain one) to enable access to UK construction sitesPreferred SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and BIMExperience with sustainable facade engineering and or manufacturing About Us Henriksen Studio is a leading consultancy in facade engineering and Passivhaus design, dedicated to innovative, sustainable solutions for high-rise buildings.
