Job Title: Fabricator A reputable Engineering & Manufacturing business in Accrington is expanding and now seeking multiple Fabricator professionals to join their team on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Team Leader, the Fabricator will be responsible for high-quality MIG and TIG welding and fabrication work across pipework, structural steel, sheet metal, and bespoke metal components.

Key Responsibilities Perform MIG & TIG welding to a high standard Fabricate components in stainless steel Work confidently from detailed engineering drawings Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output Maintain a safe, efficient, and productive working environment Requirements Level 3 City & Guilds qualified (or equivalent) essential Proven MIG & TIG welding experience Strong fabrication background Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Excellent attention to detail and work ethic Hours & Pay Permanent Contractual Hours 40 hours per week Mon Thurs: 6:30am 5:00pm Includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch Includes a 15-minute paid morning break (approx.
