Fabricator Welder (MIG / TIG / Sheet Metal) – Elite Engineering Team | Tonbridge, Kent

We’re looking for a standout professional with proven, hands-on experience in mild steel, stainless steel, MIG, TIG welding, and sheet metal fabrication , ideally with exposure to architectural steelwork . What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of a highly skilled team delivering bespoke, precision-engineered metalwork , including:
Stainless steel vessels, pipework & specialist industrial equipment
Bespoke staircases, platforms, balustrades & architectural steel features
Custom fabrications for industries including engineering and manufacturing
Structural and aesthetic steelwork where accuracy and finish matter
From workshop fabrication to final weld, your work will directly shape high-spec, one-off projects .
What We Need From You
This isn’t a role for beginners—we’re looking for someone who brings:
Strong, demonstrable experience with:
Mild steel & stainless steel
MIG & TIG welding (essential)
Sheet metal fabrication (light & heavy)
Experience in architectural and structural steelwork
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with confidence
High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
