Shifts: Monday Wednesday: 2:00pm 12:00am
Thursday: 2:00pm 11:30pm
Friday: Off (unless overtime available)
Elevata are seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to lead a team within its fabrication department. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong fabrication knowledge alongside proven supervisory experience. The Role Supervising and supporting fabrication staff on shift
Hands-on MIG and TIG welding where required
Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
Managing workflow, job priorities, and shift organisation
Enforcing health & safety procedures
Supporting and mentoring team members
Requirements Proven MIG & TIG welding experience
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
Background within sheet metal or fabrication environments
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to lead from the front in a production setting
Whats on Offer £16£18 per hour depending on experience
Long weekends with Fridays off (unless overtime)
