I'm currently recruiting for a Fabrication Foreman to join a leading manufacturing company in the Lanarkshire area to support their dynamic nightshift fabrication team.

Requirements:
Strong background in fabrication and site work
Leadership experience or a natural ability to manage a team
Overseeing daily operations
Ensuring quality standards are met
Managing a team of 25 plus
