Job Purpose:

As a CBRE Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for proactive and reactive building maintenance and repair services for the client contract in an efficient and courteous manner, with a strong focus on customer care.

Role Summary:

Painting, decorating and minor fabric repairs tasks around the customer's site.

Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) checks.

Complete reactive repair tasks.

Inspect/repair floor, walls, and doors.
