What your day-to-day will look like:

Conduct regular inspections of building exteriors and interiors to identify maintenance needs in line with UK regulations

Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for building fabric elements

Manage repair xbpsjku and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with UK
