We are looking for an experienced Fabric Manager to join our dedicated team and oversee the maintenance and preservation of our prestigious heritage site. The Opportunity This is an exceptional chance to lead a team responsible for maintaining the structural and aesthetic integrity of a unique London building. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that all works are carried out to the highest standards, in line with heritage and conservation best practices. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of multi-skilled fabric technicians and specialist contractors.
Develop and implement a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme for the building's fabric, including historic timber, masonry, and roofing.
Oversee all reactive and remedial works, ensuring they are completed efficiently and with meticulous attention to detail.
Ensure all maintenance and repair activities comply with listed building consent and conservation regulations.
