Fabric Engineer (Mobile) Location: Bristol Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum Employment Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Monday to Friday The Role We are currently looking for an experienced Mobile Fabric Engineer to cover sites across Bristol . This is a permanent role offering stability, variety, and a competitive salary. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of fabric maintenance tasks across multiple sites, ensuring buildings are kept to a high standard and all works are completed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities General building fabric maintenance Plumbing repairs (minor works, leaks, fixtures) or Carpentry works (doors, locks, flooring, joinery) Planned and reactive maintenance Compliance with health & safety standards Accurate job reporting and documentation About You Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or similar role Trade background in either Plumbing or Carpentry (essential) Comfortable working in a mobile role Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer-facing ability Whats on Offer ...
