Fabric Engineer / Handy Person (Temporary) Location: NW3 Hampstead Dates: 27 April 2026 to 5 June 2026 We are looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer / Handy Person to support building maintenance on a temporary basis in NW3. Duties will include: Carrying out building fabric planned preventive maintenance (PPM) Attending reactive maintenance tasks Basic carpentry, plumbing and patch repairs Minor decorating and general maintenance person works Ensuring works are completed safely and to a good standard Requirements: Proven experience in a fabric or maintenance person role Good all-round building maintenance knowledge Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day tasks Reliable and proactive approach Relevant trade background preferred This is a short-term contract covering day-to-day fabric maintenance and reactive works.
