We’re Hiring: Fabric Engineer Hampstead, London £40,000 + Benefits We’re seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer to join a busy healthcare site in Hampstead on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable Monday–Friday role within a critical environment. What you’ll be doing: ✔️ Carrying out PPM and reactive fabric maintenance ✔️ Repairing walls, doors, windows, flooring, and building structures ✔️ Identifying defects and carrying out remedial works ✔️ Supporting refurbishments and minor works projects ✔️ Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations ✔️ Maintaining accurate maintenance records What we’re looking for: • Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or in building maintenance • Background in facilities management or similar • Strong knowledge of building materials and construction • Good problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team What’s on offer: £40,000 salary Monday – Friday schedule ⏰ 8:00am – 5:00pm Permanent, stable position ⚖️ Excellent work-life balance Career development opportunities Please send your updated CV if you’d like to be considered for this role
