JLL is actively recruiting for a dedicated and skilled Fabric Engineer to join our on-site team at a major client facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive maintenance professional to take ownership of the building's fabric and infrastructure, ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational excellence. We are looking for an individual with strong hands-on skills who is also eager to grow and contribute to a collaborative engineering team. Purpose: Provision of all-round Fabric Engineer, maintaining all the buildings and infrastructure at a key client site. Must have an understanding & knowledge of all current Building Service Systems and contingency procedures, which comply with Health & Safety & Codes of Practice. It is the Fabric Engineers role to support the Contract Manager by being the dedicated Fabric Engineer for the site's buildings and an integral member of the team delivering engineering excellence across the full spectrum of services, as well as assisting the wider team and client with tasks outside of the Fabric expertise but within capabilities when required. The job is 40 hours per week from 08.00 to 16.30.
