* Support EYFS pupils with early learning activities, focusing on phonics, literacy, and numeracy
* Work closely with the class teacher to plan and implement engaging activities
* Help maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment
* Assist with assessments and observations to track pupil progress
* Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
* Uphold the school's safeguarding and welfare standards

We are looking for an EYFS Teaching Assistant who:
* Has previous experience working in early years or holds relevant childcare qualifications
* Demonstrates a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development
* Is enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable in a fast-paced classroom setting
* Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Is committed to fostering a positive learning environment and upholding high standards of care
