As an EYFS Teaching Assistant (SEN), you will work closely with the classroom teacher and wider SEN team to:

Provide dedicated one-to-one and small group support for pupils with autism and behavioural needs. Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging, tailored learning activities. Promote a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment. Implement effective behaviour management and support strategies. Help pupils develop key life skills such as communication, independence, and emotional regulation.
