WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE:

1. Planning and Delivering Learning Activities Early Years Teachers plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's development across the EYFS learning areas. Key tasks include: * Planning age-appropriate lessons and play-based learning activities * Supporting development in communication, language, literacy, maths, and social skills * Creating activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and exploration * Following children's interests to guide learning experiences * Supporting school readiness skills such as listening, sharing, and independence
