Hours: Monday – Thursday 21:00-06:00
36 hours per week – 30 minutes paid break

The Role:
To operate and set Extrusion Machines to produce profiles within the companies product portfolio. Specific duties will require certain performance criteria, particular attention should be paid to the following areas:
Speed and accuracy at which the task is carried out On going inspection and testing of goods produced Correct setting of Extrusion Machines ensuring optimum running conditions are acheived Correctly identify different material types and colour
Ensure that the profiles produced are manufactured within the required condition setting parameters. Particular attention should be paid to the following areas:
Optimum machine running speeds Trouble shooting/fault finding Correct material processing techniques Correct packaging and labelling of products
