Acorn by Synergie is looking to recruit an Extrusion Engineering Machine Operative on a permanent basis. Full training is given. Must have at least warehouse experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, (phone number removed)pm and 1pm Friday finish

Salary: £26,000 - £27,000, plus two annual bonuses up to 4% per year for staying and being loyal to the company.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to enter the machine shop /engineering industry or with prior machine operation experience. The role involves working with a wide range of machinery to cut, measure, and scale materials for a number of industries. Full training is provided.

Key responsibilities

You will operate and manage various machinery and processes across multiple production areas, including:

Inspection and quality control Dimensional and visual inspection of your own output. Production operations Moulding Setting up moulds and presses.
