PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Reporting into the Account Director, you will be responsible for the management of all Extra Works across our client's sites in London.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide a safe and healthy workplace with responsibility for all QHSE compliance for both CBRE and supplier partners. 2. Ensure to manage and supervise extra works within the portfolio and oversee the delivery of additional works, planned maintenance reactive tasks. The delivery of service excellence. Ensure structures support peaks and troughs in workload, and disaster recovery. 3. Ensure CBRE engineers or 3rd party sub-contractors / vendors, ensuring all work has been completed to a satisfactory standard and post holders are fully competent, and that effective project planning arrangements are in place. 4.
